Investment Objective and Restrictions

The investment objective of the Sub-Fund will be to provide investors with attractive risk adjusted returns, and achieve long-term capital growth, principally via a portfolio composed of listed equity instruments, convertible bonds, structured products and collective investment schemes, including exchange traded funds. Derivative instruments such as options and futures might be used to enhance returns and/or mitigate risks.

Methodology

In order to achieve its Investment Objective, the Sub-Fund will invest in a diversified portfolio of (i) listed transferable securities (including but not limited to equities (including preferred shares) and bonds (including convertible bonds), (ii) structured products, (iii) collective investment schemes and ETFs, and (iv) exchange traded and OTC derivatives. These assets shall be predominantly located or issued by entities located in Europe, North America and Asia.
